Job summary

CGR Services is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional to optimize CRM workflows, data accuracy, and reporting in a remote Wellington-based role.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting, billing, and ticketing tools, and document processes to improve revenue outcomes across SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
