Job summary

The University of Otago is seeking a collaborative team member for the Revenue Management team within Financial Control. The role focuses on accounts receivable processing, student fee management, banking coordination, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and manage student fees.
• Coordinate banking transactions and issue invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain financial controls.
• Produce reports using financial data and provide timely financial enquiries support.
• Escalate complex issues when required and identify process improvements.
