Job summary

Flo & Frankie is seeking a proactive Retail Support Coordinator for a 25-hour-per-week role at our Parnell head office. You will coordinate between stores, Head Office and warehouse, supporting administration, stock and stock openings while driving efficient processes.

You’ll work with the Retail Management team to track KPIs, manage communications and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment that values sustainability and great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a similar administration/coordination role.
• High organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and processes.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

We're excited to share an opportunity for a proactive and organisedRetail Support Coordinator to join our team at Flo & Frankie.

This is a 25-hour-per-week role, working Monday to Friday across five days, based at our Head Office in Parnell.

As our Retail Support Coordinator, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to our Retail Management team and stores. Working closely with teams across Head Office, you'll help improve processes, keep communication flowing and ensure our store teams have the information and resources they need to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coordinate communication between stores, Head Office, the warehouse and internal teams.




• Support retail administration, operational processes and compliance.




• Track sales performance, KPIs, targets and discounts, preparing reports to support business decisions.




• Coordinate store competitions, incentives and staff recognition.




• Support stock management, store openings and new initiatives.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in retail or a similar administration or coordination role.




• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.




• Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office and retail systems.




• Confident using technology and AI tools to work smarter, improve efficiency and streamline everyday tasks.




• A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively.
