Job summary

Flo & Frankie in Parnell is seeking motivated Warehouse Assistants for full-time roles, Monday to Friday with occasional late-night and weekend work during peak periods. You’ll handle stock from inbound to outbound, operate our Warehouse Management System with full training, and keep the space tidy and safe for all staff.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move stock.
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential. Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, barcoding, and storing incoming stock.
• Picking and packing orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard.
• Operating Warehouse Management System (full training provided).
• Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised and safe at all times.
• Using warehouse equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks) safely.
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Supporting stocktakes and reporting discrepancies.
• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks.

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a purpose-driven Kiwi company? We’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our team at our Parnell warehouse.

These are full-time roles, working Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to support late-night and weekend work during peak periods. You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll be involved in all aspects of stock handling, from inwards to outwards, including:

• Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stock
• Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie's high standard
• Confidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes (full training provided)
• Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times
• Using warehouse equipment (such as order pickers and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
• Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies
• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving stock
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential - we'll teach the right person
• Full driver's licence preferred
