Job summary

Bridgestone NZ Ltd in Ellerslie, Auckland, is seeking a Retail Support and Sales Representative to join our high-performing contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning leads into bookings and delivering great service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We offer a starting salary of 55,000–60,000 NZD per year with uncapped commissions, full on-the-job training, clear progression paths within a global organisation, a transport subsidy, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of confidently closing the deal
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Intermediate computer literacy skills

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven sales professional to join our high-performing contact centre team as a Retail Support and Sales Representative. You will be the first point of contact for a lot of our customers, converting sales leads into confirmed bookings and ensuring customers receive great service. Working on the inbound team, you will be managing incoming sales calls as well as proactively following up on online web queries and quotes to seal the deal. We are looking for someone who thrives on the hunt and is enjoys meeting and exceeding sales targets.

To be successful you will need:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of confidently closing the deal
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive edge
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Intermediate computer literacy skills
• To be available to work some rostered Saturdays from 9am until 1pm
