Job summary

Bridgestone NZ Ltd in Auckland is seeking a motivated Retail Support and Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, converting leads into confirmed bookings and ensuring excellent service.

Join a high-performing contact centre, work inbound and follow up on online queries to seal deals, with on-the-job training, clear progression, and a competitive salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of confidently closing the deal
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive edge
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• To be available to work some rostered Saturdays from 9am until 1pm

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, converting leads into bookings and delivering great service.
• Manage inbound sales calls and proactively follow up on online queries to seal deals.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
