Job summary

Bridgestone NZ Ltd in Ellerslie, Auckland, is seeking a Retail Support and Sales Representative to join our high-performing contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning leads into bookings and delivering great service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We offer a starting salary of 55,000–60,000 NZD per year with uncapped commissions, full on-the-job training, clear progression paths within a global organisation, a transport subsidy, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of confidently closing the deal
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Intermediate computer literacy skills

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales calls and follow up on online queries to seal the deal
• Be the first point of contact for customers and convert leads into bookings
• Hit and exceed sales targets in a high-volume contact centre environment
