Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is seeking customer-focused team members for front-of-store roles on the shop floor. You will deliver personalized assistance and help customers while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll maintain inventory accuracy, process deliveries, and contribute to a well-presented store. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and impeccable service standards across our Kiwi stores.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
