Thisis a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-pacedrestaurant environment, is passionate about hospitality, and takes pride indelivering memorable dining experiences. You will oversee daily restaurantoperations, lead and develop the front-of-house team, collaborate closely withthe kitchen brigade, manage guest feedback, and drive service excellencethrough leading by example.
KobeCuisine offers a refined dining experience inspired by Japanese flavours,techniques, and hospitality. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role inmaintaining high service standards, creating a positive team culture, andensuring every guest receives the warm, personalised service for whichMillbrook Resort is renowned.
Youwill also take an active role in recruitment, onboarding, training, stockmanagement, and continuous improvement, helping to foster a culture ofprofessionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence.
