Job summary

Millbrook Resort in Arrowtown, New Zealand, is seeking a Front Office Porter/Driver to create memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and deliver in-room support, and drive guests around the resort and to the airport.

Share local knowledge and contribute to a high-touch service culture. The role requires a full, clean driver’s licence (P-class preferred) and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel or resort environment with a focus on guest service.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Professional presentation, confidence and warmth in interactions.
• Excellent communication and a solid understanding of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage, room deliveries, and in-room service support.
• Drive guests around the resort and provide luxury airport transfers.
• Share local knowledge and promote the resort experiences to guests.
• Support the Front Office team to deliver smooth, personalised service and participate in Surprise and Delight initiatives.

Whatwill your day look like?

• Greeting guests withwarmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable welcome and farewell
• Assisting withluggage, room deliveries, and in-room service support
• Driving guests aroundthe resort and providing luxury airport transfers

• Supporting the FrontOffice team to deliver smooth and personalised service, including taking partin our Surprise and Delight initiatives tocreate unique experiences for our guests

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Permanent, full time (30 hoursper week minimum guaranteed)

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $27.00 gross per hour
