Job summary

Millbrook Country Club in Arrowtown, near Queenstown, is seeking a friendly Porter/Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, deliver in-room service, and provide luxury transfers around the resort.

This permanent, full-time role (minimum 30 hours per week) offers NZ$26.00–NZ$27.00 gross per hour, with exclusive discounts, staff meals, free onsite parking, wellbeing events, and travel allowance for distances over 25 km.

Qualifications

• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel or resort environment with strong guest service focus.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Professional, confident and warm presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of the local area.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties including manual handling.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing situations with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts, including nights.
• Full, clean drivers licence; P-class endorsement preferred (we can assist to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Drive guests around the resort and provide luxury airport transfers.
• Share local knowledge and promote resort experiences.

Whatwill your day look like?

• Greeting guests withwarmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable welcome and farewell
• Assisting withluggage, room deliveries, and in-room service support

• Sharing localknowledge and promoting the resort and regional experiences
• Supporting the FrontOffice team to deliver smooth and personalised service, including taking partin our Surprise and Delight initiatives tocreate unique experiences for our guests

Hours: Permanent, full time (30 hoursper week minimum guaranteed)

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $27.00 gross per hour
