Job summary

Milbrook Resort in Arrowtown, near Queenstown, is seeking a Beauty & Massage Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will deliver a range of beauty and massage treatments to a five-star standard, ensuring guests feel welcomed, cared for and relaxed.

You'll consult with guests, maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards, promote retail products, and support day-to-day spa operations. A recognised beauty and massage qualification and at least one year of experience are essential,

Qualifications

• Qualified beauty and massage professional with proven spa experience.
• At least one year of experience in beauty therapy and massage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of beauty and massage treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures and massages.
• Consult with guests to understand needs and recommend treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards.
• Promote spa products through professional recommendations.

As a Beauty &Massage Therapist, you will play an important role in creating memorablewellness experiences for our guests. Working within our Spa & Wellnessteam, you will provide a range of beauty and massage treatments while ensuringevery guest feels welcomed, cared for and relaxed throughout their visit.

Supporting the Spa& Wellness Manager, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operationof the spa, consistently delivering treatments to a five-star standard andhelping create an environment that encourages guests to return time and timeagain.

What will your day looklike?

• Delivering a range of beauty and massagetreatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and massagetherapies
• Consulting with guests to understand their needsand recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare solutions
• Creating a warm, welcoming and professionalexperience for every guest from arrival through to departure
• Preparing, maintaining and presenting treatmentrooms to the highest standards
• Promoting retail products and spa servicesthrough professional recommendations and product knowledge
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of thespa while contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction

Location:

Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours:

Full time permanent (minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed)

Pay banding:

$31.00- $33.00 gross per hours (based on experience)
