Job summary

First Pacific Capital New Zealand Limited (Katsu Tei) seeks two Assistant Managers to join the Auckland team. You will oversee restaurant operations including front and back of house, manage budgets and rosters, and lead staff to deliver high-quality Japanese cuisine and customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of hospitality experience or a Level 5 management diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications
