Aurora College is seeking a Resource Teacher Learning and Behavior (RTLB) based in Winton, Southland. This full-time, permanent role serves secondary (Years 7–15) and wharekura students within RTLB cluster 40, working with a team of 21 RTLB across the region.
The successful applicant will be an experienced teacher with RTLB or recent RTLB experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a solid knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum, with a current driver's license.

You will join a team of 21 RTLB based throughout the Southland region.
The successful applicant will be an experienced teacher with recent teaching or RTLB experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals are key skills needed. Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of the New Zambia curriculum and a current driver's licence.
