The Resource Teacher Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) role is based in Gore and is a full-time, permanent position within RTLB cluster 40. You will join a team of 21 RTLB serving the Southland region, supporting students across Years 7–15 and wharekura.

You will join a team of 21 RTLB based throughout the Southland region.
The successful applicant will be an experienced teacher with recent teaching or RTLB experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals are key skills needed.
Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum and a current driver's licence.
Applicants can be primary or secondary trained teachers, with a bachelor degree or the equivalent qualification and will be required to study towards the mandatory RTLB Postgraduate Diploma.
