Qualifications
- 10+ years of delivery, project, programme or agile leadership experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams in ICT or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and impediments.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting cross-functional agile squads.
- Providing delivery oversight and assurance.
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery roadblocks.
- Facilitating effective planning and delivery activities.
- Supporting integrated release and readiness planning.
- Promoting continuous improvement and agile best practice.
- Building strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Providing clear reporting and insights for governance and decision-making forums.
