Job summary

Radius Care Whangarei is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to support residents with engaging, person-centred activity programmes. You will collaborate with a MDT to tailor individual plans and ensure a diverse range of activities is offered within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

Excellent people and team skills with experience working with the elderly and their families.
Resourceful, flexible, patient and motivated.
Great communicator, dynamic and outgoing, with a sense of humour.
Efficient at managing time.
A clean full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Supporting residents with social activities, diary planning and personal calendars.
Working with a MDT to formulate individual activity plans for residents.
Liaising with the team to ensure a variety of activities are brought into the facility.
Working within budgeted parameters.
