Radius Care in New Plymouth is seeking an Activities Coordinator to organise and run person-centred activity programmes for residents. You will collaborate with a MDT to formulate individual plans, ensure a variety of creative activities, and support residents with social engagement.

Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role. You must have a full, clean driver's license, as you will be required to transport residents in the care home van.

About the role:

Organize and run person-centred event programmes for our facility’s residents. Work with your team to formulate individual activity plans for each resident. Ensure a variety of creative activities are brought into the facility and made available.

Duties include:

• Supporting residents with social activities, diary planning and personal calendars
• Working with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to formulate individual activity plans for residents
• Liaising with the team to ensure a variety of activities are brought into the facility
• Working within budgeted parameters
