Part-Time Role : Reservations, Logistics & Morning Tea Host

EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL

Key tasks:

Processing enquiries & bookings via phone and email

Creating daily manifests for pickups & ensuring all tours are ready to go for the next day

Liaising with key suppliers and agents

Offering add ons & upselling customers to other tours & experiences

Delivering a premium customer service experience
