Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a market-facing professional to provide marketing, sales, and underwriting support for self-funded clients. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with stop loss carriers to drive retention and regional growth.

Internally you’ll work with Client Management, Sales, and Claims, and externally with Brokers and carriers. A high level of collaboration and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of underwriting/RFP marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and literate in the remaining Microsoft Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leaders, clients and customers.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands from clients, brokers and staff.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share responsibilities and support others.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing, sales, and underwriting support to new and renewal self-funded clients.
• Build relationships with stop loss carriers to maximize retention and regional growth.
• Collaborate with Client Management, Sales and Claims; interact with Brokers and Stop Loss Carriers.
