You will partner with customers, intermediaries and internal teams to provide policy and underwriting support, identify sales opportunities, and drive profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, insurance or a customer‑focused sales environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and engage customers, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to provide advice and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, intermediaries and key stakeholders to support retention and growth.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities by providing tailored insurance solutions meeting customer needs.
• Deliver timely and accurate policy, underwriting and product advice while supporting policy administration and processing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient issue resolution and positive outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiencies and achievement of business targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
