Assetara Limited in a fully remote role is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI-fintech ecosystem, spanning international markets. You will conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews, manage candidate data, and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final interviews, while complying with privacy and recruitment policies.

Qualifikationen

• Charismatic, confident communication skills for engaging candidates and handling objections.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and simple tracking sheets for candidate data.
• English basic to intermediate written and spoken for internal reporting and team communications.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage; strong self-motivation is essential.

Aufgaben

• Direct sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
• Candidate engagement: outreach by message or call and respond to questions.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom or Meet to assess fit and motivation.
• Maintain candidate records and refer qualified candidates to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and privacy requirements in all candidate communications.
