Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join as the third recruiter, working closely with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally across all functions, with a focus on tech.

You will own the end-to-end candidate journey, implement AI-driven sourcing, and help shape recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees. Fully remote, B2B contract, global talent reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy.
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents and unconventional channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to final close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a leading AI talent destination.
