David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fast-growing AI tech company with 50M+ users. You will recruit internationally, focus on tech roles, and help shape recruitment as the team grows beyond 100 employees.

This is a remote, B2B contract opportunity with rapid impact across functions. You will own the candidate journey, conduct structured interviews, and build relationships with passive talent globally while experimenting with AI-driven sourcing and branding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy.
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Responsabilités

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, including candidates who are not actively applying.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels to find exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies that keep the quality bar high.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content that position the company as a leading destination for AI talent.
