Qualifications

Responsibilities

Source potential investment properties across markets using online platforms and databases.
Conduct initial due diligence, including financial analysis and market research, remotely.
Contact owners and agents to gather information and present offers.
Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Maintain up-to-date records of acquisition activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes.
