Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Performance Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve industrial operations through data-driven insights. The role is remote and involves collaborating with site teams to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost across multiple sites in a NZ context.

You will build dashboards, analyze complex data, develop KPIs, and forecast performance using statistics and modeling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Data Science.
• 5+ years in performance analysis or data analytics in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI tools; KPI development experience.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for industrial operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Define and track KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with site-level teams remotely to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Propose data-driven recommendations for resource allocation and scheduling.
• Use statistical methods to forecast performance and identify risks.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and analytics tools.
