Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Warehouse Operations Specialist to optimize a distributed distribution network from a fully remote capacity. You will analyze warehouse performance, develop SOPs, and implement improvements to boost productivity, accuracy, and safety, supporting logistics from Queenstown, NZ.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of warehouse operations, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving efficiency in a distributed model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4+ years of warehouse operations management experience.
Experience with WMS and inventory control.
Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze warehouse operational data to identify trends and efficiency gains.
Develop and document SOPs for warehouse activities.
Recommend and implement process improvements for receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Monitor KPIs and report on warehouse performance metrics.
Provide remote support to on-site teams.
