Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Manufacturing Process Analyst to join a global operations team. You will analyze manufacturing data, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements to boost productivity and quality across multiple facilities.

You will develop dashboards (KPIs), collaborate with plant managers and engineers remotely, create SOPs, and stay current with analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and collaborate virtually.

Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze large datasets related to manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
• Identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and process metrics.
• Propose data-backed recommendations for improvements and cost reductions.
• Collaborate remotely with plant managers and engineers to implement initiatives.
