Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in process engineering, manufacturing operations or similar.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies; certification a plus.
- Strong data analysis, SPC and process simulation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and redesign of manufacturing processes to improve throughput and reduce waste.
- Champion Lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop detailed process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, training materials).
- Use advanced data analytics to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on improvements.
