InterContinental Wellington is looking for a **Duty Engineer** to join our team.
**Your Role**
Assist the Maintenance team with general hotel and building minor maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard that aligns with the expectations and satisfaction of our customers.
+ Carry out scheduled inspections
+ General building minor maintenance repairs
+ Respond to requests from departments throughout the day
+ General building maintenance & repairs
+ Investigate equipment for faults
**What You'll Need**
+ General maintenance experience
+ Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
+ Strong communication skills! You will be building working relationships with people across the hotel team and interacting with guests
+ Flexibility - you are required to be available for rotating shifts, including weekends.
