AzeusSystems Limited is seeking an experienced NZ & Pacific Sales Owner to lead growth of governance technology across New Zealand, Fiji, PNG, and the Micronesian Islands. This senior role manages existing revenue, drives new business, and develops a regional sales strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS, technology sales or related field.
• Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders and complex organizations.
• Strong CRM experience and pipeline forecasting discipline.
• Experience selling across government, financial services, healthcare, education, not-for-profit or listed companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the New Zealand and Pacific market, including Fiji, PNG, and the Micronesian Islands.
• Take full commercial ownership of the region's existing revenue, renewals, account growth and new business.
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and annual growth plan.
• Manage and grow the existing customer base, identifying opportunities for retention and expansion.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business across target industries.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities from prospecting through to contract execution.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, Board Members, CFOs, CIOs, governance professionals).
• Lead sales presentations, demonstrations, proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Travel regularly across New Zealand and the Pacific; occasional Australia travel.
