Job summary

Archistar is seeking a Regional Sales Director for New Zealand GovTech to drive government-focused growth across New Zealand. You will own the government business, develop opportunities and lead complex enterprise sales from first engagement through procurement and contract.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, strong NZ GovTech relationships, and proven ability to navigate tenders and public-sector procurement with senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Strong track record selling into New Zealand councils or the broader public sector.
• Established relationships within the NZ local government or GovTech ecosystem.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Strong knowledge of tenders, RFPs, RFQs and public-sector procurement.
• History of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.

• Own new government business across New Zealand and build Archistar's GovTech presence.
• Develop opportunities, build strategic relationships and lead complex government tech sales from conversation to contract.
• Navigate tenders, RFQs, RFPs and public-sector procurement.
