Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field required.
• Strong background in instructional leadership and curriculum management.
• Experience with online learning environments and pedagogy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of online instructional programs.
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure course delivery and standards.
• Develop and update curriculum materials and resources.
• Create instructional calendars, schedules, and instructor assignments.
• Monitor student progress and program effectiveness.
• Support instructors with pedagogical strategies and technology use.
• Ensure accreditation standards and institutional policies are met.
