Placements24 is seeking a Lead Curriculum Developer (STEM Focus) to shape and advance the STEM curriculum for diverse student levels. You will lead development of innovative materials, collaborate with educators and designers, and ensure alignment with standards.

This remote role emphasizes equity and inclusion, with opportunities to influence nationwide STEM learning. The role requires a Master's in a STEM field, 5+ years in curriculum development, and strong research and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field or related educational field.
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development with a focus on STEM.
• Proven experience leading curriculum design projects and teams.
• Knowledge of pedagogical theories, instructional design, and STEM assessment methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of STEM curriculum frameworks and learning materials.
• Research current educational trends, best practices, and emerging STEM technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and designers to ensure curriculum quality.
• Develop learning objectives, content outlines, assessments, and pedagogical approaches for STEM.
• Create engaging resources including digital content, lesson plans, and project-based activities.
• Oversee revision of curriculum materials to align with national standards and goals.
• Mentor curriculum development teams and manage project timelines and resources.
• Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on the new STEM curriculum.
