Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Online Learning Platform Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our digital learning ecosystem from a fully remote location. You will lead platform upgrades, drive user engagement and accessibility, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT, instructional design, and faculty to deliver innovative online education.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least five years of LMS management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) or similar online educational platforms.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, database management, and system administration principles.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the online learning platform, including user support, content deployment, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT, instructional design, and faculty teams to plan and execute platform upgrades and new feature integrations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve user engagement, accessibility, and overall effectiveness of the learning platform.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in e-learning technologies and recommend innovations to enhance the platform's capabilities.
