The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in ECE/related field with 5+ years of experience, strong curriculum design skills, and proficiency with LMS and virtual tools. This contractor role offers flexible hours and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with early learners in educational/developmental support.
• Experience in curriculum design and content creation for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement virtual developmental support programs for early learners aged 2–6.
• Create engaging digital content including educational games, videos, and interactive materials.
• Provide remote guidance and resources to parents and caregivers.
• Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring for young children.
• Collaborate with the team to improve remote learning strategies and offerings.
• Stay updated with current research and best practices in early childhood development and digital learning.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and program effectiveness.
• Facilitate online workshops or training for parents and educators.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the remote learning platform as needed.
• Adapt support strategies based on individual child needs.
