Placements24 client seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer for a fully remote role focused on quality systems and regulatory compliance. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust QMS frameworks, define quality standards, and drive CAPA across materials, in-process goods, and finished products.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial engineering with strong QA/QMS expertise, ISO 9001 knowledge, SPC proficiency, and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in industrial engineering with a focus on QA and QMS.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and auditing exposure.
• Experience with SPC and quality data analysis tools.
• Proven root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Define QC procedures and testing methodologies for materials and products.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive CAPA actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits for compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement on quality issues.
• Develop training materials and deliver quality procedures training.
• Maintain quality records and traceability systems.
• Monitor KPIs and report on QMS effectiveness.
