Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI tech company to hire a Trust & Safety Product Manager. This remote, Europe-based role focuses on safety, compliance, and roadmap ownership for a consumer product with 50M+ users. Expect b2b contract terms and a competitive salary depending on experience.

You will collaborate with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead, and review content reports that may be disturbing or illegal. A strong stance on safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership and delivery.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement with concrete trade-off examples.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, thresholds, false positives, and human review.
• Based in Europe and comfortable working with explicit adult content.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features on the product, collaborating with engineers.
• Drive the roadmap for AI moderation, age checks, and red teaming.
• Balance user safety, compliance and product impact in trade-offs.
• Define detection thresholds and shape human review processes.
• Collaborate with CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead.
• Review reports involving disturbing or illegal content.
