Responsibilities
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: identify potential clients and talent needs in Life Sciences.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: build relationships with Pharma/Biotech leaders.
- Business Development & Sales Execution: manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Consultative Solutions: position staffing services as strategic workforce solutions.
- Collaboration & Reporting: maintain CRM records and report progress.
