Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to join a fully remote team. You will own experimentation, analytics, and rapid iteration to drive exponential online growth across acquisition, activation, retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis, with expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation. You will collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to scale performance remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving growth in ecommerce via experimentation and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with multiple digital marketing channels and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a continuous stream of A/B tests to optimize conversions.
• Identify growth levers by analyzing user behavior, sales data, and market trends.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition (SEO, SEM, social, affiliates).
• Focus on activation and onboarding experiences to improve engagement.
• Improve retention and lifetime value with loyalty programs and personalized messaging.
• Drive viral growth through referrals and social sharing initiatives.
