Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple paid channels, while leveraging data analysis to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e‑commerce and paid acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales, and revenue growth for the e-commerce platform.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Allocate marketing budgets to achieve target KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL.
• Lead A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad assets and messaging.
• Maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify and test new growth channels and strategies.
