Job summary

The role focuses on creating and testing high-volume Meta ad creative for a fast-growing New Zealand–founded DTC sock brand. You’ll generate statics, scripts, UGC concepts, and build a steady pipeline of fresh concepts by testing angles and hooks.

You’ll need to craft scripts that feel authentic, source creators, brief them, and manage the production flow from concept to final footage, collaborating with an editor to polish results. Based in NZ or AU, this is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience creating scalable ad creative for an ecommerce brand.
• Ability to write scripts that sound like real people, not ads.
• Comfort with high-volume output and rapid iteration based on data.

Responsibilities

• Dig into Meta ad account to spot winning ads, angles and hooks.
• Create iterations of winning ads and fresh concepts to test.
• Produce a high volume of static ads using Canva and AI image tools.
• Do customer research from reviews, comments, surveys, support tickets to find test angles.
• Write video scripts for UGC, founder-style and other formats.
• Source creators, brief them, and manage feedback through to final footage.
• Hand footage and direction to our editor and keep the production pipeline moving.
