Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to raise the creative execution standard across our team. This 8-hour-per-week role is remote and requires you to shape training, audits, playbooks and AI-enabled workflows to boost performance.

You’ll partner with the Head of Creative Strategy to develop frameworks, examples and feedback systems that uplift graphic design, video and performance thinking across AU + NZ time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance creative experience with direct-response ads.
• Experience training, mentoring or upskilling creative teams.
• Comfortable with AI-enabled production workflows.
• Ability to work across AU + US time zones (overlap required).

Responsibilities

• Raise the creative execution standard across the team with clear benchmarks and training.
• Build training programmes, playbooks, audits and frameworks that scale quality.
• Develop creative judgement in strategists to improve decision-making.
• Push AI-enabled production forward by integrating AI video, images and voiceovers into scalable workflows.
