Job summary

Glassguard is a DTC ecommerce brand selling surface restoration and deep cleaning products across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We need a Growth Marketing Manager who can own paid ads, creative and retention, leading our lean in-house team.

You'll manage Meta and Google Ads across five markets, drive CAC/ROAS improvements, direct video creative, and optimize Klaviyo flows to lift LTV. This fully remote role offers KiwiSaver and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling problem solving DTC or FMCG products through digital marketing.
• Hands on Meta Ads experience at meaningful spend, plus working Google Ads capability.
• Strong video creative instincts with a testing process.
• Deep Klaviyo experience with flows and LTV results.
• Commercial thinking in margin, CAC and payback.
• Multi-market experience is a strong advantage.
• Able to work Australian or New Zealand business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and Google Ads across five markets: structure, budgets, bidding, testing and scaling.
• Lead creative strategy for image and video; direct designers and editors; turn data into next tests.
• Run Klaviyo campaigns and flows; improve open, click, conversion and revenue per recipient.
• Align packaging and product pages messaging with ads; ensure consistency from ad to page to pack.
