Job summary

The Professional Builder in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Operations professional to own our creative production system, streamline workflows, and reduce friction across marketing output. This role emphasizes systems thinking and scalable process design in a fast-paced environment.

This fully remote position offers travel to domestic and international events, with opportunities to shape processes that support 2,300+ members and grow the business across North America and beyond.

• You think in systems, not just tasks.
• You’re strong on project management tools and you can build processes that people actually follow.
• Quality control feels like craft to you, not admin.
• You’re data-driven, you make decisions, and you thrive when the pace is high.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative production system—the queue, the workflows, the SOPs, the quality reviews, and how resources are allocated across the team.
• Identify bottlenecks before they become blockers.
• Build processes that scale.
• Track the metrics that matter and use them to keep improving.
• Work closely with creative leads to ensure the team has what they need to do great work, without chaos.
• This is a building role, not a maintaining one.
