Kaikaranga in Aotearoa is seeking an Independent Contractor to apply NASC and Socrates expertise in a flexible, remote role. You will connect clients across Auckland and wider Aotearoa with the support and services they need to live with choice and control.

You will set agreed hours with clients, coordinate tailored support within funding rules, and build strong relationships with whānau, providers and teams while maintaining clear documentation.

Competenze

• NASC experience within health or disability sector.
• Strong knowledge of Socrates software and funding allocation.
• Experience coordinating supports for people with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Conduct service co-ordinations for clients with a range of physical, intellectual and sensory needs
• Coordinate tailored support packages within funding requirements and individual goals
• Build quality relationships with clients, whānau, providers and teams across the organisation
• Maintain high quality documentation using the Socrates IT system
• Work remotely from anywhere in Aotearoa
