Kaikaranga in Aotearoa is seeking an Independent Contractor to apply NASC and Socrates expertise in a flexible, remote role. You will connect clients across Auckland and wider Aotearoa with the support and services they need to live with choice and control.

You will set agreed hours with clients, coordinate tailored support within funding rules, and build strong relationships with whānau, providers and teams while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• NASC experience within health or disability sector.
• Strong knowledge of Socrates software and funding allocation.
• Experience coordinating supports for people with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

What you will be doing

• Coordinating tailored support packages within funding requirements and individual goals

• Building quality relationships with clients, whānau, providers and teams across the organisation

• Maintaining high quality documentation using the Socrates IT system

• Working remotely from anywhere in Aotearoa - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the regions

What you will bring

• Proven NASC experience within the health or disability sector

• Strong working knowledge of Socrates and funding allocation requirements

• Experience coordinating natural and formal supports for people with diverse needs

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect across diverse cultural backgrounds

• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence working independently
