Job summary

Kaikaranga is seeking an Independent Contractor to provide NASC and Socrates expertise in a flexible, remote role across Aotearoa. You'll coordinate services for clients with diverse needs and agree on hours and pace with the team.

You will work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand, building strong relationships with clients, whānau, providers, and teams, while documenting thoroughly in the Socrates IT system and ensuring funding requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven NASC experience within the health or disability sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Socrates and funding allocation requirements.
• Experience coordinating natural and formal supports for people with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conducting service co-ordinations for clients with a range of physical, intellectual and sensory needs.
• Coordinating tailored support packages within funding requirements and individual goals.
• Building quality relationships with clients, whānau, providers and teams across the organisation.
• Maintaining high quality documentation using the Socrates IT system.
• Working remotely from anywhere in Aotearoa - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the regions.
