Job summary

Findex is seeking a Credit Controller to manage a dedicated New Zealand client portfolio within Corporate Services. This hybrid role combines hands-on credit control with collaboration across Relationship Managers to optimise cash flow and minimise risk.

We value proactive problem-solvers who can navigate high-volume workloads and adapt to new tools, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across NZ clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in credit control or collections.
• Diploma or Certificate IV in administration, finance, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the debtors ledger against lock-up and cash collection targets.
• Collect payments to monthly targets, and negotiate payment plans.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Keep debtor records accurate and up to date.
• Escalate high-risk accounts in line with our credit policy.
• Liaise between Key Relationship Managers and New Zealand clients.
