Job summary

Partner Company in New Zealand is seeking a Construction Project Operations Coordinator for a remote contractor role. You will oversee day-to-day coordination and administration of construction and energy-efficiency projects, tracking from active status through closeout.

You’ll handle CRM records, documentation review, task follow-up, and workflow administration across multiple projects. Experience in construction administration or project closeout is highly valued, with strong English

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or business support.
• CRM systems experience and maintaining project records.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects or workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review active projects to determine status and next steps.
• Identify delays, missing information, and escalate issues.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and documentation for completeness.
• Create and monitor tasks across internal teams.
• Create work orders and support scheduling of work.
• Track milestones and required pre-work conditions.
• Enter/update project data in state program platforms.
• Ensure state submissions align with CRM records.
• Review completed projects for closeout materials.
• Prepare and submit project information for state review and payment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation alignment.
• Organize project files and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate across staff and project teams to keep timelines.
